family business offering commercial & residential properties to let.
Established in 1993, one property has now expanded to cover a range of
properties in :- RAF Valley, Llanfaelog, Rhosneigr, Brynsiencyn,
Llangefni & Pencarnisiog. |

Our aim is to offer secure long term accommodation,
mostly 2 & 3 bedroom terrace houses, many families have been with us
for years.
Rest assured by renting an OWEN PROPERTY gas central
heating systems are serviced, electrical wiring checked and issued with
a landlord's certificate. An ongoing program of maintenance, repairs
and upgrades ensures properties are kept up to standard

rent direct from us, therefore no agency fees!. General rents range
from £420 pcm - £550 pcm
To
ensure a good chance of securing a property, it is advisable to contact
us with your requirements a.s.a.p. Housing Benefit accepted (subject to
usual references & deposit) DEPOSIT
will be equal to one months rent. Pets accepted in some properties.
